Yes we know much about our teeth Lets take a break and talk about some fun facts about teeth of few animals!

· DOGS ARE CAVITY FREE

Possessing 42 teeth, they rarely get any Cavities.

The reason is that they Salivate a lot throughout the day

which washes off any food or debris Yes I am jealous of dogs too!

· ELEPHANTS ARE HUGE!

So must be their teeth with age their molars increase in size and naturally by weight as well later, a molar can be around 1 foot long and can weigh more than 3.5 kg.

· SNAILS

Don’t go by their Size They are the animals which poses the maximum number of teeth.

They have a multi toothed ribbon inside their mouth which has multiple rows and columns (exactly like an excel sheet) which can contain up to microscopic 27000 teeth!

· DOLPHINS

Just like for trees,

Dolphins can tell

you their age if you count

the number of rings on their teeth.

· SHARKS

Just like dogs, sharks don't get cavities!

Their teeth are protected by a strong layer
