1. ICE


Ice is not meant to be cracked with the teeth as it is very hard and causes fractures in the enamel due to stress.









2. POPCORNS-


Eating popcorn is a risky job as half cooked popcorn kernels are known for causing cracks in teeth. Also, the husk sneaks in between your teeth and causes gum problems.




3. CANNED FRUITS

It is never a substitute for fresh fruits and is never a ‘healthy option’. These contain artificial sugar dipped in preservatives and does more harm than chocolate.



4. AERATED DRINKS


Well known for causing tooth erosion, they are certainly not your teeth’s friends. Acid present in them leads to wearing off your tooth enamel.







5. DRIED FRUIT CANDIES

Though candies are never recommended, dried fruit candies are considered a healthier option which sadly they are not.

They have high levels of concentrated sugar in them which also makes it really sticky.




6. CITRUS FRUITS


Though they have other benefits they are acidic and can cause tooth erosion just like aerated drinks. Make sure you rinse well after/ if you have them.
