When we talk about keeping a healthy mouth, we often ignore the tongue.
One really interesting muscular organ tells many things that we are unaware of.

· CLEAN IT:
People who do not clean their tongue on a daily basis develop a thick white coating on it which harbousrs microorganisms and produces bad breath as well. Use a tongue cleaner to clean it after you are done with tooth brushing.
· Check the Colour:
Ideal colour of the tongue should be reddish pink on the side facing the hard palate. The side towards floor of the mouth depicts blue colour due to presence of blood vessels.
