Our teeth love to be in our mouth when the temperature is cozy & warm, higher & really lower temperatures. Sometimes annoy them. If you have sensitive teeth, breathing cold air might become a nightmare for you. Winters are approaching, so wake up & get your teeth the best help.

1. CRACKS OR OVERBRUSHED SURFACES
-See your dentist before the snowfalls and get any of your cracks or surfaces that are overbrushed & worn out and get a couple of fillings done to cover & correct the sensitivity.
2. REDUCE INTAKE OF AERATED/ ACIDIC DRINKS:
-Acid in them causes tooth erosion, which exposes the inner layer of tooth which feels sensitive.
3. LEARN HOW TO BRUSH:
-Ask your dentist a specific technique of brushing so that you do not brush hard & lead to loss of outer layer of teeth & develop sensitivity.

4. DENSENSITIZING TOOTHPASTE:
-Some people have naturally sensitive teeth when subjected to low temperature. Ask your dentist about desensitizing medicated toothpaste & try to breathe with your nose & not your mouth when out from the house.
5. STAY HYDRATED:
-Drink lots of water & rinse often in order to maintain good oral hygiene.
